Look around you to find 5 things that you can see and acknowledge them. Find 4 things that you can hear. What is whispering softly to you? What 3 things can you feel touching your skin at this moment? With your nose, smell 2 different smells. What can you smell? What is one thing that you can taste at this moment? Breathe in deeply and let your diaphragm expand. On the exhale, feel the diaphragm contract. Continue breathing deeply through your nose, let your belly rise and fall.
